Objectives

1. The development, exchange of experience and promotion of cooperation between Serbia, Russia and Iran in the field of assistance and rehabilitation of the blind and visually impaired children;
2. Approaching and getting to know the blind and visually impaired children Serbia, Russia and Iran by organizing various cultural, social and sporting events, appropriate for their abilities;
3. Establishing relations with these same societies in Russia and Iran, which are also working on how the rehabilitation of the blind and visually impaired children, as well as the convergence of culture and the people of these countries
4. Spreading awareness about the importance of developing the artistic tendencies in blind children and youth;
5. Implementation of international cultural cooperation the blind and visually impaired children and learning about the culture values people in Serbia, Russia and Iran.
6. Creating conditions for cultural exchange and connect Serbia, Russia and Iran.
